[tor-relays] Why is my Tor bridge relay not getting any traffic?

It's been a few weeks I moved my relay to Ubuntu. I changed my Nickname 
and ContactInfo when I did that, so my fingerprint is new.

Why is it on email bucket? Am I able to move it to bridges.torproject.org?
