You mean _10_Gbit/s uplink. ;-)
If your hoster is not in Rwanda or something, 1Gbit is normal nowadays.

There can never be too many exits on the network! Each exit can also act 
as a gard or middle relay. This makes the Tor network automatic.
If you can do an exit, then do it.
