[tor-relays] Obfs4 Bridge Advertised Bandwidth

Hello,
I am running a bridge and I have my RelayBandwidthRate set to 1024 KB (8 Mbps). However, the Relay Search page never shows the full Advertised Bandwidth. Right now it is showing 259 KiB/s. Sometimes it creeps higher but not by much. Just wondering what the reason for that big of a difference would be. Thanks!
