[tor-relays] 2 entries in tor relay search

The "UbuntuCoreNNN" one is "tor-middle-relay" snap. You can remove it if
you are managing your own tor.

Incidentally, tor-middle-relay snap is being updated right now to
v0.3.1.10. You need not do anything. Updates are automatic.
