What about the coinciding Meltdown/Spectre patch with the new release?

Not really related, but I see Tor.exe CPU usage on Win-10
jumps to 80% CPU for approx a minute when running
this netstat-clone:

I've heavily modified it to print in colour and show GeoIP-information.
Maybe that's a problem?
