[tor-relays] Increased cpu usage

(upgraded Tor on January 15 at 9 AM, running a 300-400 Mbps Guard on FreeBSD, Intel i7-6700, mysterious Tor clients (with lots connections) filtered by firewall, DBE82FA23B9FE3CB2462A6FCF5289DED3CBF4AEE)
