[tor-relays] tonull list

[TorGate]

Hi to all,
what is the best way to intergrade the tonull list in the torrc ?

ExitPolicy https://tornull.org/tornull-bl.txt <https://tornull.org/tornull-bl.txt>  is that working ?

or via a include ?
