[tor-relays] [err] tor_assertion_failed_(): Bug: src/or/connection.c:5113

Hi,

This looks like it's worth a ticket on trac. I've searched and there are
no open reports about this, just a ~5 year old one that is closed (#9017).

So this happened only when you had IPv6Exit enabled (1) and you had to
switch to 0 to avoid it?
