[tor-relays] Whatever happened to those 47 PrivateInternetAccess exit relays?

I asked Steph for some hints, and she pointed me to

"We have R&D in progress and we will let the community know when we
are ready"

So it sounds like it *was* them running the relays, and hopefully they
will decide to take the next step when the time is right.
