[tor-relays] bug messages in my relay's notices.log

     I've gotten a couple of these sets of messages in the last few hours.

My outdated system is running FreeBSD 10.3-STABLE.  I've never seen these
messages before that I can remember.  What causes them?  What, if anything,
should I do about them?  And what fallout do they cause for users?
