[tor-relays] Testers needed for Nyx beta release

Damn that was a lot of helpful feedback - thank you all! From what I
can tell we should have fixes in for all the issues folks spotted. If
I missed anything then please let me know. Otherwise I'll move forward
with announcing our long belated release this weekend.
