Alright, after adding the lines

  deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org tor-experimental-0.3.0.x-jessie main
  deb-src http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org tor-experimental-0.3.0.x-jessie main

apt pulled Tor version 0.3.0.7.
