[tor-relays] sharing tor relay at night or working hours ? make sense ?

Yes this can work. A tor reload is enough to apply the new bandwidth settings.

Not sure how fast you will ramp up during the night though (if at all), e.g.
if the bandwidth authorities measure your relay during the day and get a very
low number.
