[tor-relays] Atlas: Short term bandwidth charts missing ?

Maybe it's just me - but I tried three different browsers and usually 
can't see the short term usage charts on Atlas, i.e. 3-days and 1 week 
bandwidth charts are usually just blank. Two random examples where I 
can't see the charts (but there is data; monthly and yearly charts 
showing up quite well):

Sorry, if this is my local issue but I just can't find the reason for 
it...
