The ed25519 key of dannenberg expired so it has to be fixed to resolved
the situation. I believe Andreas has been notified already of this.

This will continue to be as long as faravahar doesn't update to 0.2.9.8+
as it's not understanding the consensus-method that the other dirauth
have voted on.

This is still a mystery... this happens sometimes when moria1 is run
under valgrind or maybe some network issues. Or maybe some bug in 0.3.0
so we'll see about it.
