I think this is clear from the rest of the thread, but just to mention
it here: they seem well beyond trying to let tor users in via captchas
or other such solutions like you're discussing with cloudflare etc. They
seem to be of the opinion that just blocking tor is impractical, so I
wouldn't have much hope in trying to get them to do anything more.

I am giving them your contact info and that list, though, so if they
ever reach out, you are welcome to try :)
