I'm still not seeing a DirPort in Relay Search:

Do you have AccountingMax set?
Then your relay can't be a reliable fallback directory mirror.

Otherwise, please copy and paste the DirPort lines in your torrc, and
the messages that Tor logs about your DirPort when it starts up.
