[tor-relays] The Tor's non-discretionary model - Milica D. Djekic

Would Tor use a non-discretionary model of data transfer between the relays
that would be a part of non-centralized network? Is there any real
encryption in sense of information flow or only a conversion from discrete
to non-discrete signal? Which circuitry algorithm would get used for so?
Sorry, for asking all of these - I am just reading the history of
anonymity. Thank you so much!
