Your email client is likely having trouble handling multi-part messages.
(I've seen this happen in Outlook and Apple Mail.)

If you receive an email like this, try using the "raw source" option
in your mail client.

If you are sending an email, try clearsigning it. (This does make it
more likely that the content will be mangled and the signature fail
to verify. Apple Mail sometimes mangles whitespace.)
