[tor-relays] Unmetered brandwith hosting

If you are wondering about speed, I just set up 3 VPS :

niftyhamster
niftygerbil
niftymouse

all exit nodes and all gaining traffic from TOR atm. Already got an
abuse mail and they are relaxed about it.

10/10 would recommend .
