I'm currently running pushing between 14 and 25MB/s each direction on
a machine that doesn't have aesni using two separate Tor processes. Each
uses one core up to a maximum of around 80%.

CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad  CPU   Q8200  @ 2.33GHz.
