[tor-relays] One of my nodes seems down by its tunnel quite a bit of traffic

When I view it in Chrome it shows the Exit, Fast, Guard, Running, Stable
and Valid flags. The downtime says ~2.5 hours and current advertised
bandwidth of about 7.22 MB/s.
