Based on a past thread, guessing you run

which are too slow to be assigned the guard flag.

If that's the case, probably the cost the
VPSs could cover a small dedicated/bare-metal
server which would be assigned a more than
10x higher weight than any one of the above
and service many more users.

Much more effective and efficient.
