[tor-relays] IP Address change detected wrongly (Our IP Address has changed)

Same happened to me on the 7th:
Mar 07 07:55:03.000 [notice] Our IP Address has changed from <correct IP
in UK> to <IP at OVH in France>; rebuilding descriptor (source:
46.105.44.4).
Mar 07 08:15:26.000 [notice] Our IP Address has changed from <IP at OVH
in France> to <correct IP in UK>; rebuilding descriptor (source:
5.9.6.163).
