Yes this one is correct and reachable.
You can check yourself by running on any IPv6-capable GNU/Linux machine:
As for whether or not any given address is correct, you should be able to tell
after learning about IPv6 addresses are , their basic structure and possible
shortening methods (omitting leading zeroes and the :: that you see in yours).
