[tor-relays] Very unbalanced in/out connection ratio

Your relay has the HSDir flag, so most likely what happened is that you
became one of the HSDirs for a popular hidden service (use your
imagination as to which one, there's a few that cause a lot of traffic).

I wouldn't worry about it that much.
