- Could give a better explanation than
  "summary.invalidparams.invalidip.body" when a non-IP address was
  entered? same for "summary.invalidparams.invalidtimestamp.body".
- "Es wurde kein Tor-Relay mit IP-Adresse". Please add "der" after
  "mit".
- Maybe it is useful to trim() the input IP address. So an accidentally entered
  space doesn't result in a invalid query. You seem to do it with the
  date.
