tor-0.2.5.10-tor.2.rh6_5.i686 is from the Tor repo
tor-0.2.5.10-1.el6.i686 is from epel

Different repos often package the same program differently.
yum-plugin-priorities, manually enabling repos as needed, or placing
excludes in the yum config files must be used to avoid switching between
repos unexpectedly.
