[tor-relays] Long running relay keeping low bandwidth utilization

Dear list,

I am wondering, wether it is still within what is considered a normal
lifecycle, if the relay I am running is utilizing significantly less
than the available bandwidth?

Some background info: I set the relay up a few months ago and
experienced higher utilization after a few days. around the end of 2014,
I experienced hardware failure with the relay's machine and it went
offline on December 21. I just managed to bring it back online on
January 13.

Since then, even with an available bandwidth in the range of 5-10Mbit/s,
the actually used bandwidth is averaging at 8-9kbit/s, with no increase
in sight. As far the bandwidths and weights graphs are concerned, it
seems like the relay is not weighted as high anymore (last known
consensus weight before the crash: 2.22e-5. After the crash and rebuild:
2.01e-6).

Is there anything I can do to improve the relay?

Best regards,
.jhw
