I think nobody ever mentioned 1und1.de as a dedicated root server hoster.
I looked around a bit but couldn't find any hints about anonymisation
services or Tor specifically in the FAQs or TOS.
Just wrote an email to the support and asked about that. I'll tell you the
result when I get it.
