i agree with this. in addition, we should ask for all of the ASN and/or IP
blocks from the customer service reps, query onionoo for nodes running
within those and display a list of them. (how?)

in regards to the EFF partnership idea: i support this. getting the name
of a respectable entity who has experience in PR (what kind?) might help
with getting the ISPs on board.
