Cool! Welcome on board. :-)

At least on that box you seem to be running with ORPort set to 443, and
no DirPort. So, the only port you need to open for incoming TCP
connections is 443 (besides SSH).

The problem with selective filters for outgoing traffic is that Tor
needs to be able to connect to all other Tor relays, some of which use
non-standard ports.
