[tor-relays] Contacting Apple About a Block IP Address

I've had similar issues in the UK running a middle relay from my home IP.
For a while I couldn't access any NHS websites or any BBC media, news,
iPlayer etc.

After reporting both and explaining they were unblocked some time later - I
never received a definitive explanation. So yes as already suggested,
notify them off the issue and politely explain where they can find out more
about Tor. I found Twitter to be a surprisingly good channel for contacting
the BBC tech guys.

Good luck getting it resolved,

Chris
