There's a fun incentive shift here. By trying to cheat the consensus
weight, you won't just get more traffic sent your way, but more money
from oniontip, too. I bet someone could explore this further.

Still, I think it's a great idea and I am happy people are playing
around with ways to give back to relay operators.
