It was somebody else (Nick?) that suggested it to me, but the Pi feels
snappier running 0.2.4.x now - 'arm' stutters less when I do fire it up.

I'm also pleased to note that my Pi relay weathered - though did not
avoid - its first circuit creation storm last night without crashing.
I've attached the last few log entries.[1] The Pi running 0.2.3.x
could not have sustained 90 minutes of >10000 circuit creation
warnings per log message without crashing, so something improved.

This storm started at about midnight local time and lasted about 90
minutes. The only thing I changed was upgrading to 0.2.4.x latest rc,
and I *did* discover that I had MaxAdvertisedBandwidth 200KB already
set (contrary to my response earlier to Nick, where I said I wasn't
using it because it seemed to be a hacky workaround - which I still
believe, but, that's a tangent).

Best,
- -Gordon M.
