[tor-relays] Bridge relay: conversing with the message log

Well, I'm glad I didn't listen. TBB ver 0.2.2.39 gave me a hell of a
time before a recognizable bug msg came thru in the log. Had to roll
back to ver .38 in order to get the bridge reliably online again. - eli
