Just wanted to provide an update.

100tb.com stepped up and decided to back me up. Since then I haven't heard
anything, so hopefully this is the end of it.

I also want to note that I otherwise follow Moritz's Allow/Deny list and
they seem to be happy. So while not the best host, they still seem to be
willing to work with you. I suspect that it is more a Softlayer issue then
anything else.
