It seems like Debian's tor 0.2.1.26-4 solved the issue, no more tls_ext
errors, but still CriptoLabTorRelays* suffer from low performance :(
Now We're getting lots of errors like this:

Nov 23 10:52:08.816 [debug] TLS error: unexpected close while reading
Nov 23 10:52:08.816 [debug] tor_tls_read(): read returned r=0, err=-8
Nov 23 10:52:08.816 [debug] connection_read_to_buf(): TLS connection
closed on read. Closing. (Nickname **blah,blah**)
Nov 23 10:52:08.816 [debug] conn_close_if_marked(): Cleaning up
connection (fd -1).

Thanks.
