Need for sane ISP's?

There is an italian service provider offering direct IP assignment (via
RIPE) to customers. It's part of its VMWare-based vserver offer. Among
the different configuration options you can set up multiple IP
addresses; starting from 8 addresses (an /29 subnet) you register to
directly RIPE and are assigned your IPs.

I was considering it for an exit, but have not started yet, mainly
because I can't cover the costs right now.
