incoming and outgoing connections both count. It's the kernel being
queried by snmpd who doesn't know anything about the tor application.

will try to do so in the next days. Meanwhile I started a second tor
node on the same hardware named "blutmagie2" *sigh*. It's bound to the
same ip address but to ORPort 444 and DirPort 81. Maybe 4GB memory may
not be enough. We'll see...
