[tor-qa] Tor Browser 11.5.1 (Windows/macOS/Linux) is ready for testing

Hello!

Tor Browser 11.5.1 candidate packages are available here:

-

This release includes:

- a fix to bridge cards not shown/bridges apparently disabled in some 
languages

- a fix to the Continue to HTTP Site button not working with IP addresses

- minor fixes and improvements to the connection preferences page
