Hello!

We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.5a17 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

Tor Browser 10.5a17 updates Tor to 0.4.6.5. This version provides a new
bootstrapping screen and experience. This is also the last Alpha version
of the Tor Browser 10.5 series.
