Hello!

We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.0.16 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

https://people.torproject.org/~sysrqb/builds/10.0.16-build1/

Tor Browser 10.0.16 updates Firefox to verion 78.10.0esr. This version
updates NoScript to 11.2.4, and provides localization in Burmese.

In particular we are looking for testing on macOS due to a change in how
the packages are code-signed.

The full changelog since Tor Browser 10.0.15 is:
 * Windows + OS X + Linux
   * Update Firefox to 78.10.0esr
   * Update NoScript to 11.2.4
   * Bug 40007: Update domain fronting config for Moat [tor-launcher]
