[tor-qa] Tor Browser 10.0.2 is ready for testing

Hello!

We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.0.2 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

https://people.torproject.org/~gk/builds/10.0.2-build2/

Tor Browser 10.0.2 updates Firefox to 78.4.0esr and NoScript to 11.1.3.

The full changelog since Tor Browser 10.0.1 is:
