We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 9.5.3 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

https://people.torproject.org/~gk/builds/9.5.3-build1/

Tor Browser 9.5.3 contains important security patches.

   * Update Firefox to 68.11.0esr
   * Update NoScript to 11.0.34
   * Update Tor to 0.4.3.6
