[tor-qa] Tor Browser 7.0.2 is ready for testing

Hi!

Tor Browser 7.0.2 is ready for testing. Bundles can be found on:

https://people.torproject.org/~boklm/builds/7.0.2-build1/

This release updates Tor to 0.3.0.9, fixing a security issue (bug #22753).
We also update HTTPS-Everywhere to 5.2.19.
