[tor-qa] Tor Browser 6.0.3 is ready for testing

Hi!

we are pleased to accounce that Tor Browser 6.0.3 is ready for testing.
Bundles can be found on:

https://people.torproject.org/~boklm/builds/6.0.3-build2/

This release updates firefox to 45.3.0esr. Additionally, it bumps
NoScript to 2.9.0.12, HTTPS-Everywhere to 5.2.1, disables asmjs, removes
meek-google and contains a few bug fixes.
