A very quick test on Mac OS 10.9.5 resulted in this error after choosing 
meek-amazon:

   Profile Missing
   Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded.  It may be missing or
   inaccessible.

Poking around, I discovered that meek-browser-helper-mac.sh uses 
realpath, which (as far as I can tell) is not present on the Mac OS 
system that I used for testing.
