[tor-qa] Tor Browser 4.0.8 is available for testing

Hi,

Tor Browser 4.0.8 is up for testing. Bundles can be found on

https://people.torproject.org/~mikeperry/builds/4.0.8/

This release fixes an update loop bug due to a wrong version included
into the browser component of the 4.0.7 bundles. Moreover, it updates
the bundled Tor binary to address a pair of crash bugs related to hidden
services (this was already part of 4.0.7).

Here's the changelog since 4.0.6 (covering 4.0.7 and 4.0.8):

  * Bug 15637: Fix update loop due to improper versioning
  * Update Tor to 0.2.5.12
  * Update NoScript to 2.6.9.21
