[tor-qa] Please test fix for #13558 on Windows XP

Hi,

we have a crash bug which is reproducible on Windows XP (#13558).
Feedback whether the fix available as source code in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1091594 and in binary form in

https://people.torproject.org/~gk/misc/torbrowser-install-4.0.1_en-US.exe.asc

is solving the problem for Windows XP users would be helpful. Steps to
reproduce the issue are in the ticket description.
